Avoiding End-of-Year Burnout: Webinar
Event description
As the year winds down, many families are running on empty, juggling school events, appointments and the endless to-do list. Feeling tired is normal, but when that tiredness lingers no matter how much you rest, it may be a sign you’re heading toward burnout.
In this webinar, psychologist Mitchell Woods from Mura Psychology will share practical ways to recognise and respond to early signs of burnout and set realistic boundaries to protect your wellbeing as the year wraps up.
We’ll explore
How to tell the difference between normal tiredness and burnout
Why fatigue quietly builds over time and how to notice it sooner
Simple ways to make room for your own needs and let go of guilt
Strategies to set boundaries that support both you and your family
