Ink and Wash Workshop: Charming Doors and Windows (Adult 16+)

Step into the world of ink and wash illustration in this creative workshop designed for adults and teens. We’ll explore the charm of old doors and windows—capturing character, texture, and atmosphere through line, tone, and imagination.

Students will experience what it was like to draw just as artists did in centuries past, using traditional tools such as glass and bamboo dip pens, sticks, and the medieval feather quill with India ink. Once the drawings are complete, we’ll bring them to life with gentle watercolour washes to add tone and depth.
