WHAT TO EXPECT: A peaceful 90 minute guided Sound Journey of infinite inner discovery and transformation.
This weekend’s session is the final of our 7-session series that will invite you to experience all of the 12 frequencies that occur during the 12 stages of awakening. This weekends sound journey is truly amazing and has been compose Pi Villarreal the founder of Innerdance.
First trimers are most welcomed...Even if you have not participated in any of the previous 6 amazing Sound Journeys over the last 6 weekends you will still have an amazing journey... no less amazing than someone who has had previous experienced a InnerDance sound journey.
The InnerDance is a transformative Sound Journey experience that may induce leads to a deeper understanding of ourselves and lightened states of consciousness.
At the end of each session, you may feel you have more clarity and able to concentrate more attentively to all sets of events that happen in our daily lives
A InnerDance sound journey can brings about a shift in consciousness to our mind, body, and soul inducing higher levels of overall energy from being in a REM dream state during the Sound Journey.
As a result, our perception changes during the InnerDance sound journey facilitating profound insights that arise from being in a state of expanded awareness opening the gateway towards oneness.
The workshop will start with a short introduction, followed by all participants lying on the floor for a 70-90 minute sound journey and then we will have a short closing circle to share our experiences.

Eat lightly 1-2 hour before the event.

WHAT TO BRING
A yoga mat if you don't wish to lay on the polished timber floors.
A blanket if you get cold easily.
Water is available, you just need a bottle.
A eye pillow if you like the dark.
A small pillow if you like to rest your head.
