Remember our New Years Eve event with Ecstatic Dance, Cacao, Sound Journey and Courageous Connections - Conscious Countdown? 



Well, we’re back with another one… 



Join Lena, Karl and Jody [DJ Global Harmonizer] for a transformative, mindful and heart warming New Moon, mid-winter soul journey - INNERFLAME! 



Step into a warm, nurturing sanctuary this winter and honour the energy of the new moon - a powerful time for intention setting, reconnection and transformation.

Winter invites us to slow down and turn inward. It’s a season of retraction, reflection, and release - an opportunity to shed old layers, reconnect with our essence and create space for what truly matters.

We’ll begin our evening with the heart-opening warmth of ceremonial cacao, followed by a guided meditation to help you tune in and set clear, soulful intentions.

Then, gather in courageous connection with like-hearted souls. Through heartfelt conversations and shared presence, we weave a sense of belonging and support.

As the energy builds, we’ll stoke our inner fire with ecstatic dance - a freeform, liberating movement experience led by an immersive DJ set. Dance your truth, awaken your body and let your spirit flow.

To close, we’ll cocoon ourselves in comfort for a deeply restorative sound healing journey. Crystal bowls, voice, and chimes will guide you into stillness - supporting you to gently release what no longer serves and rest into winter’s embrace.

What to bring:
- wear comfortable clothing to dance and lay down in
- water bottle
- yoga mat or blanket to lay on during the sound journey
- pillow and blanket (if desired)
- and an open heart
