Inside Out - Ahuroa
Description
If you are someone who looks like you are coping on the outside… but inside feels overwhelmed, exhausted, or stretched thin - this workshop is for you.
The Inside Out workshop is part of a rural women’s mental health initiative, designed to provide practical tools, meaningful connection, and honest conversations to support you through life’s challenges.
Together, we will break down what stress, anxiety, and depression can look like in real life - helping you better understand what is going on beneath the surface.
You will learn how to recognise early warning signs of overwhelm and burnout, and most importantly, what you can do about it.
This workshop focuses on building your self-leadership and mental fitness, giving you simple, practical tools to:
• Manage stress and overwhelm in everyday life
• Shift unhelpful thinking patterns
• Respond differently when things start to build up
• Feel more in control of your energy, thoughts, and actions
It is also a space to connect with other women, strengthen your support networks, and feel less alone in what you are navigating.
This is a small group workshop (approx. 12-15 women), creating a safe and supportive environment for real conversation and learning.
While we know mental health can feel like a heavy topic, Deanne is known for her ability to bring lightness, humour, and relatability - creating a space where you can feel comfortable, supported, and even have a laugh along the way.
What to expect:
• 9:30am arrival (tea/coffee + connection)
• 10:00am start
• Lunch provided
• 2:00pm approx. Finish
💚 You will leave with a clearer understanding of your mental wellbeing, practical tools you can use straight away, and the confidence to take one small step forward.
