Volunteering North Queensland presents their quarterly catch-ups to connect with Volunteers, Volunteering Involved Organisations, and the community.

Come and join us for a special breakfast where we will highlight a different organisation every quarter, and hear about the amazing work they are doing in our community.

This Inspire and Ignite's guest speaker is Andrew Hovenden, Founder of The Battle Initiative, who will be sharing the heartening story of how the Battle Initiative was established, and key information on how they went from Charity to DGR Status.

The Battle Initiative is a non-profit organization based in Townsville that provides support, healing, and camaraderie for current and former Australian Defence Force personnel, first responders, and their families. Founded by veteran Andrew Hovenden, the group operates on the motto "Never Fight Alone".

Please note our 25-26 AGM will take place from 7:00-7:45am, and the breakfast will commence from 7:45am onwards
