A somatic exploration to support femme-identifying folks ( who have grown up impacted by femininity social conditioning) to tap into their embodied knowing, their embodied “No,” and the felt sense in the body of their instinctual selves- to sniff things out, to receive that which nourishes, and to protect their essence.

Through movement, voice and guided somatic practices, we will explore:

How patriarchal systems and femininity social conditioning has impacted us in dulling down and doubting our instinct.
Feeling and sensing the boundaries of the body.
Trusting instinct and embodied knowing
Building our felt sense of recieving sensation in the body.
Accessing your inner push and protective force
Voice work and reclaiming “No”
Embodiment practices to support fierce tenderness, self-trust, and healthy protection
Experimenting with pleasure, power, softness, and strength coexisting

Please bring a drink bottle and clothing you feel comfortable to move in.

Practices will range from some seated embodiment explorations to some that involve moving.

There will be a short break midway with some light snacks.
