I, AMY (an acronym for Integrate & Align: Meditation & Yoga) is an invitation for you to connect your intentions to your neural and fascia networks for a radical change across a 3 hours immersive journey.

Commencing with a Dynamic and Deep Fascia Aligning Yoga session (a mix of Hatha, Pilates, Qi Gong & the Alexander Technique),We flow in and out of Meditation, elevated with an awareness session of posture and mental holding habits,

A half way Cacao Ceremony with Lion's Mane to connect honouring sharing circle precedes the Deep Dive Interoceptive Meditation Journey, guided, with Breath work, to focus on healing the inner parts of self and generating a greater resource in the body and present moment, connecting to the Highest Self, the Witness and the opportunity to reframe and integrate with our Experiencing and Remembering Selves.

This workshop is recommended for every - body who wants to integrate change in their life, deepen their self awareness and of their body and mind; suitable for complete beginners and trauma informed, with concepts to tailor every - body's practice and to cleanse what holds us in pain, trauma or limitation.

The space is held by Amy Be, who's been working with people offering advanced Alignment Massage Therapy + Yoga Integration Meditation for the purpose of Self Healing and Embodied Shifts for over 20 years.
