To support your creative exploration and participation in the course, please gather the following items:

• A candle (for centering and intention-setting)
• A range of coloured chalks
• Sugar (small amount, for a creative process)
• Paper plates (approx. 2–4)
• A small jar (glass or clear plastic)
• Collage images (magazines, printed pictures, symbolic or meaningful images)
• Cardboard – size approx. A5 (or postcard-sized)
• Glue and scissors
• A journal or notebook
• A pen or pencil

Most materials are simple and easily found around the home. Please feel free to adapt based on what’s accessible to you. Having these items ready in advance will help you fully engage in the weekly sessions.

Course Dates

This is an seven-week live online course, and your full presence is an important part of the experience.

Please ensure you are available for all the following dates:

Mondays – 19th May, 26th May, 2nd June, 9th June, 16th June, 23rd June, and 30th June.

TIMEZONE: 7:45 PM – 10:00 PM (Melbourne, Australia – AEST) - check your local time to see if you can commit to the full course. 

Please note the closing session on the 30th is longer 7:30pm to 10:30pm ( AEST)

Each participant is invited to a 1-hour individual online consultation as part of the course package.

This session offers personalised support and helps deepen the integration of your learning.

Investment for this course is $67.50 AUD per session - $540 AUD in total.
