Do you remember how good you felt when you last did Tai Chi? Regular practice has the potential to support our physical and mental health in a range of areas. Tai Chi may help to prevent falls in older adults, reduce pain, prevent cardiovascular disease, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety and enhance general stress management.*

If you've already done our Intermediate class or have an experienced Tai Chi practice, come along to our Advanced Tai Chi class at East Coburg Neighbourhood House. Suitable for adults of all ages. If you are unsure whether your Tai Chi practice at an Advanced level, please contact our Programs Coordinator -
