“Empower Hour" centres on the transformative impact that just one hour in a Dress for Success fitting room can have on a woman's life. This hour is not merely about selecting professional clothing; it is a catalyst for profound change. It empowers women by providing essential clothing and tools, equipping them to navigate job interviews and excel in the workplace. The success of the initiative is reflected in the outcomes of 2023, where donations enabled Dress for Success to assist over 750 women across Australia. This year, the goal is to expand this impact even further.
