Intro to Sushi

A class on sushi! A favorite treat to many of us here in Des Moines. You will learn how to make your own sushi rolls from scratch! We will also be making many of our favorite sauces too. This is a hands-on class and everyone will be making their own rolls!

What to Expect: 

In Each Class, you will learn:

-Basic Knife Skills

-How to follow a recipe

-Where to find and utilize the ingredients

-How to build flavor

-How to Feel Confident in the Kitchen 

Info:

-Kiddos are welcome as long as they are with an adult guardian.

-Please bring containers to take home your leftovers :)

-There is free parking on 5th St. 

-The Annex can be found to the left of the building, along the charming alleyway adorned with black benches.
