'Introduction into Wines' Masterclass

Enjoy a journey through the basics of wine, from how to taste, to the processes behind your favourite drop in this wine tasting in Northcote. From newcomers, who want to learn the difference between a Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir; to the wine connoisseurs, who want to delve deeper into alternative home grown grape varietals. This masterclass is the perfect place to start or finish.

Over two hours, we will explore eight different wines from crisp white wine, to the deepest red. Your host will take you through the different grapes, terroir and techniques associated with winemaking.

At the end of the class, there will be time to ask questions, as well as take home your favourite wines with a generous discount.

There will be roughly the equivalent of 2.5 glasses of wine poured throughout the class. There will be spittoons available for designated drivers, and there is plenty of public transport available locally.
