You’ll master key strategies for managing timelines, budgets, and risks, all while prioritizing safety. Whether you're just starting out or looking to sharpen your skills, this course equips you with the essential tools and confidence to succeed.
Course Outcomes:
- Manage a workplace project including communication with project team members
- Scope a work-based project including project parameters and project stakeholders
- Develop a project plan and draft a risk management plan for a work-based project
- Finalise and review a workplace project
