What you need to know about the Human Services Quality Framework (HSQF)
QCOSS and Volunteering North Queensland are partnering to provide an introduction to the HSQF for community organisations, including:
- The current standards
- Self-assessment, certification and audit processes
- Upcoming changes to compliance landscape
- Where to find resources and support
Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask QCOSS’ Sector Workforce Planning and Development Team about all things HSQF.
Light refreshments provided.
