Explore the Basics: Learn the foundational yoga poses and basic alignment principles as we guide you through a series of gentle movements and stretches. Discover how to safely and effectively perform each pose, allowing you to build confidence and comfort on the mat.

Connect with Your Breath: Explore the connection between breath and movement as we gently guide you through simple breathing exercises. Cultivate mindfulness and awareness as you learn to synchronize your breath with each movement, fostering a sense of inner calm and relaxation.

Nurture Your Body: This class is all about self-care and gentle exploration. Listen to your body's needs and honor your limitations as you move through the practice at your own pace. Our experienced instructors will provide plenty of modifications and options to ensure that everyone feels supported and included.

Beginner-Friendly: Perfect for those who are new to yoga or looking to revisit the basics, this class is tailored specifically for beginners. No prior yoga experience is required, and all ages and fitness levels are welcome.

What to Bring:

Comfortable clothing that allows for movement
