We'll begin by grounding ourselves with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, followed by a soothing sound bath and yin yoga to ease into stillness. A gentle yoga flow will guide you into movement, leading to an invigorating ice bath experience to reset and refresh. Throughout the day, you’ll have the opportunity to connect deeply with yourself and others, leaving you feeling recharged and realigned.
