Swan Hill Workshop: Investing in Rural Community Futures

Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal (FRRR) invites not-for-profit organisations, community groups and interested stakeholders in Swan Hill* to attend a face-to-face workshop for the Investing in Rural Community Futures (IRCF) program.

*Representatives from smaller nearby townships that are connected to Swan Hill through services and other means are welcome to attend.

• Location:Swan Hill Neighbourhood House (98-100 Gray Street)
  
• Time: 12:30-4:30 pm
  • Arrive at 12:30pm for lunch
  • Workshop commencing at 1pm until 4:30pm

The face-to-face workshop will:

• Explore where your community and NFP sector is at right now - the strengths and opportunities
• Provide an experience of the IRCF program and some of the key elements
• Introduce 'community mapping' (knowledge, assets, networks) and how it can guide potential IRCF activities
• Consider how the IRCF program could make an impact in your community.
