Her expertise spans partnerships, sponsorships, brand activations, and community engagement, with a strong focus on mentoring and team development. Known for her structured approach and results-driven mindset, Felicity has consistently delivered initiatives that elevate brand presence and drive measurable impact.
Today, Felicity leads Organisational Change Management for Toyota’s ERP-X transformation project, one of the company’s most critical system upgrades. She oversees change activities across Sales, Parts & Warranty, Finance, and more, and has developed national communications for Dealer and Supplier networks. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to evolving brand strategy within complex environments, offering a unique perspective on leadership and influence in a traditionally male dominated industry.
