Session 3 August 7th: Estimating, Crew Size & Manpower Requirements.
Estimation and slotting.
What are the contents of a complete planned job package?
Session 4 August 12th: Preparatory activity to scheduling
Calculating available hours from maintenance workers.
Coordination with Operations and Coordination meeting.
Session 5 August 13th: Scheduling Maintenance Work.
Job loading until available hours are used up.
Create a credible schedule that takes all the constraints into account.
Job execution and feedback with job closeout and follow up.
After each session, you’ll be given a short homework task to reinforce what you’ve learned. Once submitted, Joel will go through it himself—adding notes, suggestions, and personalized feedback to help you improve and grow.

Joel Levitt, CMRP, CPMM, CRL, is a globally recognized maintenance training expert with over 35 years of industry experience. As President of Springfield Resources since 1980, he has delivered 600+ training sessions to over 17,000 professionals from 3,000 organizations across 39 countries. His diverse background includes roles such as process control designer, electrician, field technician, property manager, and manufacturing manager. He also held leadership positions at LCE and Reliabilityweb.
A prolific author and speaker, Levitt has written 13 maintenance management books, contributed to two reference volumes, and published over 200 articles. He has also served on boards including ANSI’s safety board and the National Family Business Council.
