Event description

A poem threading the works of renowned sound artist and performer Ros Bandt. 

Featuring ‘Medusae’, ‘Isobue’s’ electroacoustic poems, ‘Rimu’, and a debut performance of ‘Jawbone’.

With support from Ender Başkan, Lucy Van, Marguerite Blançhot, Nico Callaghan, Autumn Royal & J. 

‘the sun is a rose in the sky eventually revealed, it doesn’t exist, it is not real, it may just be an absurdity of beauty, not an answer but an entrance in the shape of water, it is not real, feeling only, it is a thing that makes me feel it, and every flowering, its own story, the sun is descending, the wind blows through your hair, to be so much more than you, to be beautiful enough’

This event takes place on the lands of the Wurundjeri and Boon Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to all Elders, past, present and emerging, and acknowledge sovereignty was never ceded. Always was, Always will be Aboriginal Land.
