Italian Cooking: Arancini and Cannoli

Event description

About the Class: Hey you, are you ready to make some of the most popular street foods in Sicily?? In this class, we are going to make arancini and cannoli from scratch. Savory and sweet, don't miss it!
Arancini are savory rice balls which we will fill with the classical ragù and then fry. We will also make cannoli, a classic Italian dessert with sweet ricotta and chocolate chips.
At the end, we are going to taste our efforts!

Please let us know if you have any food allergies or restrictions so we can make accommodations if possible!

About the Instructor: Come learn with Luca, born and raised in Brucoli, a charming fisherman's village in Sicily. It was there, watching his mother, that he developed a deep passion for cooking. Now, he enjoys sharing the flavors of authentic Italian cuisine with all who are eager to learn and eat! ;) Check out @mangiaconluca!
