Meet your hosts:
Heidi Horne - a Rapid Stress Buster and Founder of the One-Minute Reset, is a workplace happiness expert with nearly 20 years of experience in workplace wellness, coaching and speaking. Heidi empowers individuals and teams with one-minute strategies to combat stress, boost productivity, and unlock sustainable happiness. Heidi will be talking about how to be mindful (even when distracted & multi-tasking) and how to crush stress in just one minute.

Catherine Robertson is a Wellbeing Consultant and Coach who's passionate about helping professionals manage stress, avoid burnout, embrace mindfulness and build a balanced, fulfilling life. Catherine will share her personal experience with the transformative power of gratitude—how a simple practice can shift your mindset, boost wellbeing, and cultivate a deeper sense of contentment.

Anna Le Her is a movement and voice expert with over 20 years experience. She is the owner of Studio Bee in Mosman, where she supports clients through movement, voice work and creating community. Anna will be talking about how we can drop judgment of ourselves and others, and create community for our wellbeing.
