Welcome to the 2027 International Women's Day Long Lunch

Some dates deserve more than a passing mention in the calendar.

International Women's Day is one of them.

Our annual IWD Long Lunch is an opportunity to step away from the everyday, gather around the table and spend an afternoon celebrating women, hearing different perspectives and recognising the many ways women are creating change in their businesses, workplaces, industries and communities.

On Friday 5th March 2027, Ladies Who Long Lunch returns to Cloudland for an afternoon designed to be enjoyed.

Expect fabulous food, drinks, plenty of conversation, new introductions and our signature Empowerment Panel, bringing together women with real stories, different experiences and something worthwhile to say.

Come as a table of colleagues for an afternoon away from the workplace. Bring clients or business associates you'd like to spend more time with. Gather your friends. Or book a seat for yourself and see who you meet when you get here.

The Empowerment Panel

The Empowerment Panel has been part of the Ladies Who Long Lunch experience since our very first event.

Rather than polished presentations or traditional keynote speeches, our panellists join us for a facilitated conversation about their experiences, perspectives and the lessons they've gathered along the way.

For International Women's Day 2027, we'll be introducing three women whose stories explore International Women's Day themes.

Panellists will be announced via Ladies Who Long Lunch Socials. Look out for announcements.

Around the Table

A long lunch should give you time to actually enjoy being there. Guests will enjoy a shared 'lunch to table' and alternated dessert, served with tea or coffee.

Your ticket also includes a three hour beverage package, including beer, wine and soft drinks.

You'll be asked about dietary requirements when purchasing your ticket. If you're booking for other guests or purchasing a full table, please check their dietary requirements and food allergies before completing your booking.

About Ladies Who Long Lunch

Ladies Who Long Lunch was created to give women something increasingly difficult to find in busy lives: time around the table with other women.

While women in business remain at the heart of our events, LWLL isn't a traditional business networking event. You'll find business owners, professionals, corporate teams, community leaders and women from many different stages of life sharing the same room.

Some arrive with a full table of colleagues or friends. Some use the afternoon to spend time with clients or professional partners away from the usual business setting. Others arrive by themselves and leave knowing people they hadn't met a few hours earlier.

There is no expectation to pitch, work the room or collect business cards.

Come for the speakers. Come for lunch. Come to celebrate International Women's Day. Come because your team deserves an afternoon out together. Come because you'd like to meet some interesting women.

You don't need a business card, a job title or a reason to be there beyond wanting to come.

Ticket Refund Policy

Refunds are available up to 30 days prior to the event. Within 30 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable. Please contact the event organiser directly with any cancellation enquiries.
