VideoMy is excited to be hosting an exclusive Master Class with the one and only James Ellis (USA), in his first ever Australian appearance.

This isn't a keynote. It's a hands-on, half-day workshop where James works with you, not at you, to build the foundations of a talent strategy that actually holds up.

If you're finding it hard to articulate what makes your company different to the candidates you actually want to attract, this workshop is for you.

Over the course of an afternoon, James will challenge your assumptions about what makes an employer genuinely attractive and give you the tools to:

Build your Talent Brand promise – the compelling, authentic reason the right candidates choose you. Not perks. Not ping-pong tables. The real differentiator that drives talent decisions.
Reposition talent acquisition as a growth engine, not a cost centre. This reframe changes how you hire, how you budget and how you make your case to the business.
Develop and activate a unique employer brand identity in weeks, not months. No fluff, just what works.
Leave with an actionable framework built collaboratively during the session, so you know exactly how to implement it, not just that you should.

James will be joined by one of Australia's most respected employer brand leaders, Brie Mason, who will draw on her 20+ years’ experience leading EVP and employer brand activations for some of the world’s top employers.

Brie's interactive session will unpack her blueprint for how to attract and engage top talent using your number one channel – your people.

Who this is for:

This Master Class is designed for talent acquisition leaders, HR directors and employer brand managers who are serious about meaningful change.

If you're looking for a quick fix, this isn't it. If you're ready to build something that actually grows your business, James will make sure the day is worth it.

With his trademark wit, humour and disarming honesty, James will give you the tools to become a genuinely "choosable" employer among the talent you actually want to attract.

Don't miss this exclusive chance to learn from one of the world's most respected and engaging employer branding and talent strategy experts.
