JAPANESE BASIC COOKING CLASS: INTENSIVE
Description
Master Japanese Cuisine in One Day: Hands-On Beginner and Izakaya Workshop
In one fun, fully hands-on day, you’ll master the fundamentals of healthy, easy Japanese cooking. This intensive workshop combines the Japanese Cooking Class (Beginner) and the Japanese Izakaya Cooking Class, and you’ll save $50 compared with booking them separately.
Follow detailed demonstrations by celebrated Chef Yoshiko Takeuchi, then practise each technique yourself.
Many Japanese restaurants rely heavily on MSG and non-traditional ingredients, which costs the food its flavour and nutrition. This class is MSG-free, using only traditional, high-quality Japanese ingredients and methods you can easily replicate at home.
