Jazz Up Late
Event description
Young Belgian pianist Bram De Looze is one the latest sensations on the international jazz scene. Already hailed as the “the new Keith
Jarrett”, Bram has earned considerable acclaim both for solo improvisation
projects on different types of pianos and for his high calibre jazz collaborations across Europe. In 2013 he
released the trio album Vice Versa with NY master drummer Eric McPherson and Berlin bass player Felix
Henkelhausen. A fourth solo album will follow in 2024 on the occasion of his first tour down under.
“Living up to his reputation as free spirit, Bram De Looze has produced a deeply personal work that is at once
innovative and profound.”
