Former Melbournian singer songwriter Jhana Allan returns to launch her sophomore album, Fake Paradise which she recorded in Nashville in 2023, produced by acclaimed Americana artist Rachel Baiman.Drawing inspiration from musicians like The Weather Station, Sam Amidon, PJ Harvey, and Lucy Thorne, the album moves through folk, jazz, and rock soundscapes, retaining a throughline of Allan’s visceral and emotive writing and singing, and grounded by her layered vocal presence.Isabel RumbleA new voice in Australian music, Isabel Rumble is captivating audiences around the country. Her songs invite listeners into a cocoon of reflection on the subtleties of love, longing and hope. Nominated for Folk Alliance Australia’s Contemporary Folk Album of the Year 2023, Isabel’s debut album Bird Be Brave defines a soul-stirring emerging artist.The last year has seen Isabel support acclaimed duo Lior & Domini and Ireland’s David Keenan, as well as play festivals including Port Fairy Folk Festival and Cygnet Folk Festival.
