Taghreed Cooks Jordanian and Syrian at Mela Kulcha
Event description
Mela Kulcha is Melaleuca's learning restaurant and social enterprise where culture, food and music fuse with remarkable cooks from different parts of the world.
Taghreed arrived in Australia in 2016 and has been dreaming of cooking for the Darwin community ever since.
If you have been to any of Taghreed's cooking classes, you will know she works magic and love into her food - so we are delighted that she is running this pop-up.
Taghreed and her family have prepared a menu of Syrian and Jordanian cuisine that promises to be
spectacular.
