Journey Through The Chakras: Yoga, Vocal Sounding & Sound Bath
Event description
🌿 Journey Through the Chakras 🌿
A yoga, vocal sounding, and sound bath experience.
Let yoga and sound guide you into a deeper awareness of the subtle qualities of your chakras. Through movement, vibration, and mindful listening, we explore our inner being, gently releasing blockages and inviting a harmonious flow in the energetic body.
✨ What to Expect
Hatha Yoga with Sounding – a grounding practice where we weave vocal sounds into postures. Crystal singing bowls tuned to the chakras may accompany us, amplifying the vibration. No experience needed – the focus is on presence, not performance. It is a practice where all of us are learning and no one is an expert.
Vocal Practices – explore mantra chanting and chakra toning, using your voice as a bridge to connect with your inner landscape. All sounds and voices are welcome – you don't need to be a singer to sound your voice.
Deep Relaxation with Sound Bath – a chakra-inspired yoga nidra guides us into relaxation, followed by a sound bath, where we surrender into resonance.
Sharing Circle – a gentle space to integrate and connect.
