~ Feel the air come alive with the sound of the native flute, carrying wisdoms through the ages. 

~ Kindle the fire deep within through stirring rattles and chimes, igniting your passion and vitality.  

This deeply relaxing and healing evening will conclude with surrendering to the vibrations of crystal Quartz sound bowls and the power of mantra.

There will be an opportunity to share afterwards with tea and refreshments, allowing space to help with your integration.

What to bring: Everything you need is taken care of for you - yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and pillows are all provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and just bring an eye pillow or socks if you'd like extra comfort.
