About the Class:
Join us for an elemental journey using mindfulness and creativity for self expression and a deeper kinship with the natural world. This class will offer contemplative practices to explore the elements of earth, wind, water, and fire through a seasonal lens. Readings, expressive arts invitations, embodied practices, and writing prompts will guide us on the journey. You will experiment with combining watercolor, mark making, and writing to discover the wonder of the elements and your relationship with them. This compassionate space will offer encouragement and inspiration for your creative practice. No previous art or writing experience is necessary. All materials are provided.
