Julia Child Santa Barbara Seafood Stew
Join us for a hands-on cooking class where you will learn to create Julia Child's "Santa Barbara Fish Stew." The meal will begin with Roasted Romanesco in Sauce Veloute and end with Fresh Strawberry Tart. Ingredients will come from local farmers and local fishermen. The class is limited to 12 participants to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to learn techniques and tips at each stage of cooking the meal.
We will dine al-fresco and enjoy our meal paired with French wines.
Please wear close-toed shoes, as we will be in a commercial kitchen.
Bring a wrap or jacket for outdoor dining. In the event of inclement weather, we will dine indoors.
