How this Challenge will work:

Attend 4 classes per week In-Studio and/or via Live-Stream. You have 18 weekly classes to choose from. NB: 2 classes in one day is counted as one of the 4 weekly classes.
Nurture a Meditation practice: Wk 1- 5mins/day, Wk 2 - 10mins/day, Wk 3 - 15mins/day, Wk 4 - 20mins/day. Guided meditations tailored for each week will be supplied.
Each week has a specific focus that leads to the next weeks' focus.
Check off your meditation and class practices on the Studio Challenge Chart.
Upon successful completion (ie. meditate everyday and attend 4 class/week) enjoy a 15% discount off your next membership.
Challenge commences Sunday 4th October 2026, concludes Saturday 31st October 2026. NB: YOU DO NOT have to attend a class on the first day. Just ensure you plan to attend 4 classes for the first week. YOU DO need to start your meditation practice on Sunday 4th Oct. Details will be sent to you prior.
12-12:30pm Sunday 4th October - Gather for Ceremony to set our intentions for the Challenge and meet fellow Challengees. Can attend via live-stream
Midway: Immerse yourself in Lisa’s Sound Bath 5-6:15pm Saturday 17th October.
Saturday 31st October: Celebration Event
