Event description

This NAIDOC Week, join us for a fun-filled storytelling workshop. Guided by a Noongar educator, sit, listen, and watch a dreaming story, as it is told in the sand. But you won't be sitting for long! Following the storytelling, participants will embark on a scavenger-hunt trail around the park to collect your own storytelling bush-y materials. This workshop finishes with everyone telling tales in the sand and sharing these special stories with one another.  

Date: Thursday 10 July and Thursday 17 July  

Time: 1.00PM – 2.30PM  

Location: The Green Room, Kings Park Education  

Cost: $18 per child | Supervising adult has free entry

Suitable for children aged 5-12 years  

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
