Daily Stitch Journal: A-Stitch-A-Day Project with Manjari
Event description
What’s it all about?
Slow stitching is a beautiful form of mindfulness, it slows you down and calms your mind. But have you every thought of embroidery stitches as a daily practice? Your teacher Manjari has, and she's since created a Daily Stitch Journal.
Each day Manjari stitches a small image onto her stitch journal to represent the events of that day. But your daily stitch journal can be its own thing, and doesn't have to follow a formula.
Dedicate as little or as much time as you like each day, and you'll notice that it becomes time you have gifted to yourself, rather than to the project.
In this workshop you will learn some basic stitches to create and express yourself with, and together we will start a journal that you can continue and add onto daily.
All materials are provided.
