Kickstart Healthy Living Course
A 4-week wellness program to get you back into gear

Looking after our health and wellbeing is always a balancing act and sometimes life just gets in
the way of achieving our goals. It is only human to ‘fall off the wagon,’ but it is important not to
stay off for too long! This course is here to help you get back on the wagon and more
importantly, enjoy the ride!

This is not a weight loss course (although you may attain a healthy weight as a byproduct of
making healthy choices). There will be no harsh regimes or calorie counting. Instead, we will
build good habits, identify our strengths and weaknesses, and learn how to bring joy and fun
into the pursuit of our health goals.

Every one of us is different and there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to health. During this
course you will find out what works for YOU.

Each person will be receiving a wellness tracker workbook, so they can document their food
intake, exercise, sleep, mood, and water intake over the 4-week duration of the course. As the
well-known quote says, “If you can't measure it, you can't manage it.” Documenting your habits
gives valuable insights into your health patterns so you can target priority areas and make the
necessary adjustments to get back on track.

We will also be incorporating 15-20 minutes of gentle exercise (walking and gentle stretches)
into each class. Every week you will receive a small healthy snack and a take-home recipe.
As a qualified Wellness Coach and Counsellor, I will also be providing information on a variety of
health topics related to physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. These topics include
the vagus nerve, vital superfoods, healthy recipes, the psychology of habit building and more.

This course will be limited to a small group to ensure individual attention. Please book early to
secure your place.
