Event description

Term 2 Kids Sewing Class |Intermediate and High School aged children

Wednesday | 5:15-6.45pm -NOW FULL !! We also have a Friday class available for this age group.

9-week course | Starts Wednesday April 30th

Would you like your child to learn to use a sewing machine, or continue on their sewing journey?

The 5.15pm class is a great environment for individual projects and more independent sewers in the intermediate and high school age group. Those in this age group and new to sewing are also welcome in this class

Kids sustainable sewing is a small group class that will cater for all levels of sewing and adjust to the interest of the group. .

The ethos behind the sewing is sustainability and all fabric has been sourced second hand. I also like to focus on items that can be used again and again, like the party crowns. Children are often naturally generous and often make items for family members!

Learning to sew is a useful skill to learn and a will makes mending clothes and fixing buttons easy in the future.

This ticket is for the 9-week course | sewing machines & materials are included - but you are welcome to bring your own sewing machine.
