Event description
🌿 Kindred Calm – Free Monthly Yoga & Connection
You spend so much time caring for others. This is a space that cares for you.
Whether you're navigating complex caseloads as a support coordinator, providing hands-on care as a support worker, or holding space as an informal carer or allied health professional; this gentle, trauma-informed yoga session is here to support you.
Kindred Calm is a free monthly yoga class designed for people in the disability sector who give so much of themselves to others. After the session, we’ll gather over tea and biscuits for relaxed connection, (No pressure, just a chance to meet likeminded individuals in a calm, supportive space).
