Sharpen Your Axe

Sustaining Your Spiritual Edge in the Marketplace

Business pressure doesn't just wear down our performance; it wears down our spirit. Drawing on the psychology of resilience and recovery alongside his own faith journey, Clifford Morgan will unpack what it takes to stay spiritually sharp when the demands of leadership and business threaten to dull our edge. This session goes beyond burnout prevention to explore how Kingdom entrepreneurs can build genuine rhythms of recovery - practices that protect not just their energy and output, but their walk with God in the marketplace. Expect practical, honest, no-nonsense insight that will leave you with a personal action plan to keep both your performance and your faith sharp under pressure.

Your keynote speaker will be Clifford Morgan

Clifford Morgan is a leadership expert and endorsed organisational psychologist with over seventeen years of service with the Royal Australian Air Force. His years of service leading and coaching people – both in uniform and out – bring a wealth of experience that provides a unique perspective to assist his clients.
