Knotted Floral Brooch Workshop
Event description
Create a unique floral inspired brooch with artist Vicki Mason. Learn how to hand knot a pile of threads into perforated plastic canvas. Plan your design looking at colour palettes and fibre lengths. You will also learn how to sew in a pre-fabricated brooch pin.
This workshop is suitable for all levels. No prior jewellery making experience is necessary. Participants should bring a small pair of sharp scissors and glasses or a magnifying glass (if required) for close and detailed work.Â
There will be a break for lunch so please bring your lunch with you or there are plenty of options nearby.
