Event description
Join us at Blasta beer hall for an exclusive showcase of the world renowned Kriek Lambic style beers.
Kriek is a traditional style of sour beer from Belgium in which a lambic base beer (or Lambic style if made outside of Belgium) which has been aged for one to several years, and is blended with fresh sour cherries and allowed to referment before bottling and conditioning.
The Kriek beer journey will highlight contrasts in the varying levels of funk, dryness and cherry characters in the finish of these unique beers. We will be showcasing 4 world class Kriek beers, as well as our exclusve release of our very own Blasta "Black Swan Spontan" as part of a 5 course Kriek tasting and dinner.
These Krieks have been expertly paired with a fine 5 course degustation menu designed by our Executive Chef, Effie Ang.
