After Kriya yoga, we woud dive deep into the healing vibrations of sound baths. During the session, we will use the powerful sound of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls and gongs to activate the deep relaxation and healing processes in your body.
Please bring your own yoga matt and arrive 15min before the event.
