kt olsson - ‘searching for an answer’ EP Launch

To celebrate the release of her debut EP, ‘searching for an answer’, kt olsson invites you to Hymn Bar on August 13th for a night of contemplation, vulnerability, and groovy tunes.

Born and based in Kaurna Land/Adelaide, kt is a blooming artist breaking into the local scene. ‘searching for an answer’ is a honest body of work born from her experiences during the Year Of The Snake, 2025, where she questions everything, including responsibility, behaviour, relationships, and transformation. Does she find the answers? You’ll have to come to see. 

With an eclectic sound collaged from her genre expansive childhood and teen inspirations (Amy Winehouse, George Michael, Lorde, Adele, & Prince, to name only a few), kt delivers a thought provoking and heartfelt show.

At 7pm, music begins with local star Ebony A Million, who’s soothing voice and compelling songwriting sets the tone for a special night. Later, kt is joined by her full band to perform the EP in its entirety for the very first time. You don’t want to miss it!
