Kundalini Tantra Immersion - Tantric Union

Join us for a unique Tantric immersion exploring Kundalini Shakti as the power of self-recognition through embodied Tantric Yoga.

Within the Trika tradition of Non-Dual Śaiva Tantra, Kundalini is understood not simply as an energy to awaken or direct, but as the living power of Śakti, the creative intelligence of Consciousness itself. Her movement is not about becoming something new, but about recognising what has always been present.

This is an experiential immersion for those ready to move beyond conceptual understandings of Kundalini and Tantra and into a deeper relationship with the living intelligence of the body, the subtle field and Consciousness itself.

Kundalini: The Power of Self-Recognition

We don't seek to create awakening. We create the conditions to recognise what is already here.

Together, we will explore Kundalini as the intelligence through which Consciousness comes to recognise itself through human experience. We will move beyond the idea of "raising" or controlling Kundalini and instead explore contraction and expansion, self-surrender, presence and receptive awareness.

What happens when we stop trying to move energy and simply listen? Can we sense the subtle impulse before movement arises? Can we become aware of the intelligence already organising the body and our experience?

We will explore Kundalini through the subtle body and also through the tangible intelligence of the body - breath, nervous system and other bodily systems such as the fascia, endocrine and lymphatic systems, and contemplate the subtle conversation taking place between Consciousness, prāṇa (energy), and the physical and energetic body.

Rather than seeking extraordinary energetic and spiritual experiences, this immersion invites a deeper sensitivity to the extraordinary intelligence already present within us and within all life.

Tantric Union: From Connection to Recognition

We don't create union. We recognise that, at the deepest level, we were never separate.

We recognise that union is not something to create, but something already present within us. Through creating the conditions to support deeper awareness, we explore Tantric Union as the dissolution of separation and the embodied recognition of wholeness. This is the Oneness, The Union which is Yoga.

Through embodied Tantric practices, we explore spiritual intimacy with ourselves, with another, and ultimately with the greater field of Consciousness. The body becomes a doorway into presence, allowing us to experience the subtle movement from me, to you, to us—and ultimately to the recognition of one Consciousness expressing through many forms.

We will explore the sacred marriage of Shiva and Shakti within ourselves, the alchemy that can arise when two people, or a collective group of people, meet in conscious presence, and the beautiful paradox of sovereignty and union: remaining completely yourself while recognising that you have never been separate from the whole.

Through Tantric Yoga and Kundalini practices, we will explore:

• Kundalini as the power of self-recognition

• Contraction and expansion of Consciousness

• Self-surrender as the doorway to Kundalini

• The five prāṇic expressions and their relationship to embodied experience

• The intelligent relationship between breath, nervous system and subtle body

• Bodily systems such as fascia, lymphatic and endocrine systems as gateways for deeper body awareness

• Listening rather than directing energetic movement

• Embodied presence and heightened sensitivity

• Shiva and Shakti as the sacred union of awareness and dynamic expression

• Tantric Union as a lived frequency rather than a concept

• Inner, relational and spiritual alchemy

• Moving from connection to recognition

Location: Rainforest Temple, Coledale NSW 2515 (exact address will be provided after booking) 

Nestled within 28 acres of private rainforest, the Rainforest Temple offers a peaceful natural setting for our immersion. The main house is located approximately 200 metres from the street. Please follow the long, steep driveway through the rainforest to reach the house.

What to Bring

• Wear warm, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely (layers are recommended).

• Wear sturdy shoes suitable for a rainforest walk and outdoor practice.

• Bring a water bottle and an open heart.

Parking & Arrival

Parking is available around the carport at the main house. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to allow time to find the property and get settled in before we start our immersion.
