Sat Nam, I am delighted to invite you to join me on a 4-week intensive and empowering journey to boost your physical health and mental vitality using ancient and magical Kundalini yoga, meditation and pranayama techniques.

This is an opportunity to immerse yourself deep into the teachings and practices of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, and to gain insights and understandings of your overall health and wellbeing, lifestyle choices, and the relationship you have with yourself and others. Each week of the program is carefully designed to release tension in the body, build strength and stamina, improve flexibility, discover balance, and increase energy and vitality. This program aims to cultivate inner peace, greater focus, creativity, clarity, and bliss.

By processing, healing and releasing what no longer serves us, we find acceptance and therefore bring ourselves fully into the present.

The immersion will be delivered in 3 x 90 minute sessions, PLUS 1 x 2 hour session with Optional Cacao.

Week 2: Elevate and activate

Week 3: Awaken and receive insight

Week 4: Experience bliss- 2 hour deep dive with Cacao ceremony- (extra cost $10)

Each class will be formatted in this way:

- Introduction to a different aspect each week.

- Carefully selected Kundalini Yoga set.

- Deep relaxation with Gong & Koshi Bamboo chimes.

- Meditation and mantra to stay in tune with your body and maintain balance and perspective.
