A 90min supportive Meditative style Kundalini yoga class to: RELAX, RESTORE and RECONNECT 😌🌱🙏 
Each meditation journey I will intuitively choose a different Theme & Meditation Kriya to guide you through. 💗

WHATS INCLUDED-->> 

You will be guided through:

-   Pranayama Breath techniques:  (bringing you into present moment and calm your nervous system) 

-   Asana poses & movements: (To warm up your body and get energy flow moving through your body)

-   Chanting Mantras: (Sound vibration frequency to open your throat chakra and activate the parasympathetic nervous system

-   Kundalini Meditation Kriya: (Every month focused on a different theme/topic, dropping you deeply into a blissful state of self awareness.)

-   Community Connections: (Supportive Open sharing circle)

-   Nourishing Herbal teas: (Heart warming and grounding you)

-   Relaxation Meditation: (To integrate & restore your mind, body and soul)✨️

TIME: 6:00pm - 7:30pm
LOCATION: Maida Vale, Perth WA (SOR) In person--- (Online live or recording option available) 
EXCHANGE/Investment: In person- $33 Early Bird Rise and Shine, and $44 GA Radiant Entry     
$33 For LIVE online OR Recording (Recording available access for 2 weeks only)

-        Develop a deeper connection to your intuition and level of blissful state of self awareness. 

-        You love yoga and meditation and your curious to try a new style of practice?? its time to give kundalini yoga ago. 

-        Connect and chats to a supportive, loving community. 

++ Class's are open & catered to all experience levels whether your new beginner to Kundalini yoga & Meditation, experienced a few classes or all round seasoned yogi.

What to bring:

-  Yoga mat

-  Cushion and Blanket 

-  Wear comfy clothes you can move in (white is a beautiful colour to wear to expand your aura)

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga of awareness. Beautiful technology works on activating and awakening the flow of kundalini energy that can sit dormant at the base of your spine & navel point. Rising the energy all the way up spinal column (the energetic channel (sushumna), moving its way through unblocking each chakra and expanding your energy out through your aura, energetic field

With regular practice, Kundalini yoga is said to lead to spiritual enlightenment. This is called a “Kundalini awakening.”

Kundalini encompasses:

·    Pranayama breath techniques

·    Chanting, Mantras

·    Meditations and Relaxation

·    Mudras (Hand positions)

·    Asanas (Movement- Poses or positions)

·     KRIYAs (actions) sequence combination of above modalities work like a recipe to activate the kundalini energy within. Each Kriya focuses on a different sequence outcome experience for the mind, body and soul.
