**You are welcome to purchase a drop in ticket to attend classes singularly**
In this three week course, we will be practicing kriya (complete action or sequence for a desired outcome) focussed on restoring balance to our digestive system, soothing the body and mind after the heat of summer to make the transition into Autumn with ease.
We'll release excess heat, reduce stress and ground ourselves, harmonising the body and mind using cooling pranayama and meditative practices to sparkle inside and out.
The kriya and its effects build over time, and with consistent practice. Each week we will build on our awareness to harness an attitude of gratitude, manifesting abundance for the new year with an open heart.
The practice of kundalini yoga clears the body of blocks physically and mentally so we can raise our dormant energy and live to our true creative potential, in awareness, with a neutral mind.
You can expect the technologies of:

✦ Dynamic movement
✦ Chanting (mantra)
✦ Meditation
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion to make yourself comfortable.
