In this seven week course with kundalini yoga teachers Estelle and Alison, we will be connecting to our body wisdom through the five senses, allowing us to move into a state of embodiment. When we're embodied, we fully inhabit our bodies. In our fast paced world, most of us are living in our heads and perceiving our human experience from there, rather than feeling it in our body. A state of embodiment allows us to live our experience with depth, grounded in the physical senses and the more subtle energies in our human body. 

When we perceive our experience from an embodied state, we are grounded in the here and now. In this course, we'll deepen our self awareness and build trust in our body to guide us, and heal us. 

Kundalini Yoga is a somatic practice that clears the body of blocks physically, mentally and subtly so we can raise our dormant energy and ignite the power of awareness.

You can expect the technologies of:

✦ Breathwork

✦ Dynamic movement 

✦ Chanting (mantra)

✦ Meditation

The kriya and its effects build over time, and with consistent practice. The number 7 in numerology is associated with knowledge, intuition and spiritual exploration. Committing to seven weeks is an act of devotion and self love in and of itself. 

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion to make yourself comfortable.
