Event description
Kundalini yoga is often said to be the yoga of awareness. The practice of kundalini yoga clears the body of blocks so we can raise our energy and live to our true creative potential, in awareness, with a neutral mind.
In each class we utilise the technologies of:
✦ Breathwork
✦ Dynamic movement
✦ Chanting (mantra)
✦ Meditation
Each week we will be practicing towards a specific intention. Some of the themes include:
✧ Flexibility of the spine
✧ Strengthened intuition
✧ Purifying the body
✧ Balancing the hormones
✧ Building the nervous system
✧ Manifestation and prosperity
Please find a comfortable, quiet space on your home on your yoga mat and have a blanket and cushion handy.
