Ramona Rayo has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2007.

She teaches with an authentic devotion and a strong sense of humour. She believes that true spirituality lies in ones ability to roll with the punches and laugh at oneself! Her hope is that everyone leaves class feeling grounded, empowered, and joyful.
